Role at a Glance

As a Fisherman Account Executive, you’ll be working primarily with warm leads to mature and close them from our Boston office. You will own restaurant communication and conversion metrics, and will report directly to the CEO for sales KPIs and strategic initiatives. You’ll also work with sales and marketing representatives at our partner organizations to ensure effective lead generation.

Your role will be crucial to helping Fisherman scale its impact to thousands of restaurant customers across the country. You’ll be a cross functional player, helping to develop company skills across sales, marketing, business development, communication, leadership, and strategy. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, early stage startup environment while establishing the foundation for future Fisherman sales hires.

Core Competencies

1+ years of inside or field sales experience
Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of prospects through defined selling stages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset, work ethic, initiative, and adaptability
Bonus: Experience selling to restaurants or services businesses

Key Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from lead to close
Collaborate with key sales and marketing representatives from partner organizations to grow and maintain consistent lead pool
Execute strategic initiatives that increase customer value and help convert more customers
Create a repeatable sales protocol that optimizes for time efficiency, revenue growth, and customer success.


Base salary - $50,000 - $55,000
On-target commission - $30,000
Plus early employee equity
